Plot
In the distant future, humans have destroyed the earth, sapping away all of its resources and leaving the planet a polluted mess. Left behind is the robot WALL-E, whose job is to clean the planet of all of its trash. Despite being a robot, WALL-E is shown with a variety of human-like qualities and is clearly lonely for companionship. As the movie begins, WALL-E discovers EVE, a clearly advanced robot with an unknown purpose. The movies follows the adventures of WALL-E and EVE as they discover each other and help save the planet for human survivors.
