In the heart of an enduring friendship, we find Rewa Singh (Tabu) and Sia Sheth (Sushmita Sen), two women whose bond has weathered the storm of Rewa's marriage to the charming Dhruv Malhotra (Sanjay Suri). Their shared joy comes to fruition as Rewa and Dhruv announce an impending arrival, a tiny spark of life, promising to cement their bond further. However, life has a cruel twist in store, and their happiness is brutally cut short by complications, leading to the loss of the unborn child. The devastation is intensified when Rewa is dealt another blow - she can no longer conceive. Her world crumbles, but in the ashes of despair, Sia provides a ray of hope, offering herself as a surrogate mother.
