Far from Florida's sun-kissed beaches and vibrant amusement parks, nestled amidst gator-ridden swamps and fading trailer parks, thrives an unseen world. Here, the charismatic yet menacing MACK MONROE (Ronnie Gene Blevins) reigns, a self-styled guardian to the abandoned, scooping orphans and runaways from the streets.
