I, Frankenstein (2014)

The story of Frankenstein's monster didn't end with Victor, the man who created it. The monster lives on and is threatened by demons. His only refuge is with a group of gargoyles. The gargoyles explain to the monster that Archangel Michael has summoned them to destroy the demons. They try to recruit the creature, newly renamed Adam, to the cause. He is reluctant. The gargoyles know that the war against the demons is worsening, so they give Adam magic batons to use in self-defense. The batons have the power to trap demons' souls in Hell.
