Entrapped in a web of deceit woven by the treacherous Sugimi (Natsuyagi Isao), a detective she once loved deeply and surrendered her innocence to, Matsushima Nami's thirst for vengeance becomes a raging inferno. Her audacious attempt to plunge a knife into Sugimi on the hallowed steps of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Headquarters lands her in a brutal women's penitentiary, patrolled by perverse and sadistic male wardens.
