Plot
This is a disaster thriller film about the collapse of the Hudson Tunnel in New York. Some robbers are making a getaway and driving recklessly. They crash into a truck carrying explosives that cause the tunnel to be closed at both ends. The disgraced ex-chief of the Office of Emergency Medical Services knows the tunnel well and can get inside through maintenance walkways. He tries to save the people trapped inside before it becomes flooded by water from the Hudson River or they run out of air. When escape routes are blocked one by one, will he be able to get the survivors out?
