Emerging from the desolate desert, a supernatural entity known as the Dust Devil (Burke) embarks on a chilling quest for victims. This shape-shifting specter preys on the isolated and unloved, those clinging to life despite having lost all else. Amidst this eerie backdrop, Wendy (Field) finds herself adrift after her marriage crumbles. Her aimless journey leads her to cross paths with a mysterious stranger.
