Jesse has just graduated high school, and he's also recently developed a hobby for photography. Jesse's downstairs neighbor suddenly turns up dead in her apartment, and Jesse witnesses a classmate running away from the scene. The woman is locally believed to be a witch, a fact that seems to be confirmed when Jesse discovers ritualistically positioned photographs of both him and his classmate. Along with the photos, Jesse and his friends find a number of other paranormal artifacts. But when they begin to mess with what they find, they awaken malevolent forces that see Jesse and his friends as a way to access our world.
