Plot

In the bustling city of Mumbai, Pooja Dharamchand (Pooja Bhatt), the pampered heiress to a shipping magnate, finds her heart ensnared by the charm of a movie star, Deepak Kumar (Sameer Chitre). The star-studded romance, however, is a bitter pill for her tycoon father, Seth Dharamchand (Anupam Kher), to swallow. Defying her father's scorn, Pooja orchestrates an audacious escape from her father's lavish yacht, seeking refuge on a bus to Bangalore, aiming to reunite with her silver-screen lover. This daring escape triggers a frantic search by her father, hiring a legion of private detectives to trace his runaway daughter. On her journey to Bangalore, fate interweaves Pooja's path with Raghu Jetley's (Aamir Khan), an out-of-luck journalist with a mouth as fast as the city's heartbeat. In the face of his waning career, Pooja's story seems like a beacon of hope, a tale that could resurrect his professional life from the ashes. Raghu's proposition is simple: he will aid her in her quest to reach Deepak, but in return, he demands an exclusive scoop on her story. Cornered, Pooja agrees to his terms, burdened by the threat of her father finding her. However, the journey takes an unexpected twist when their bus breaks down, hurling them into a whirlwind of adventures. Amidst the chaos and the exhilaration, they find themselves ensnared in a web of love, their hearts beating in unison. Raghu, initially driven by ambition, finds himself yearning not just for a story, but for Pooja's love. The question remains: can he overcome his financial constraints to win her heart, or will their tale end on a bus to Bangalore?
