In a world divided by duty and desire, Captain Karan Khanna finds himself tangled in a web of passion, peril, and profound kinship. In the midst of his journey towards love, Karan's path collides with the anxious and vulnerable Sahiba Grewal, an unwitting witness to a bone-chilling murder. Panic-stricken and on the run, Sahiba finds shelter in Karan's bravery as he valiantly rescues her from a menacing gang of criminals.
Sahiba, a gem from the household of stern industrialist Yagvendra Grewal, finds solace in Karan's company, pouring out the sorrows of her past and fears for her future. Pressured by her father's desire to marry her off to Rai Bahadur's son, a stranger to her, Sahiba spins a tale about a fictitious marriage to escape her fate. Ever the gallant soldier, Karan offers to uphold her lie and confront her stern patriarch.
As they journey towards Palanpur, the tendrils of love subtly entangle Sahiba's heart with Karan's. But Karan's eyes still hold a starry vision of his beloved model. Arriving in Palanpur, Karan quickly becomes a beloved member of Sahiba's large family, save for Yagvendra who remains suspicious of his intentions.
Life takes a tumultuous turn when a miscommunication leads the family to believe Sahiba is expecting. Suddenly, even Yagvendra appears to warm up to Karan, who himself is drawn towards his enchanting faux-wife Sahiba. However, his heart is divided, and he sneaks away to confront Nisha, only to find her already married. She convinces him of his budding love for Sahiba, and he returns to a hostile reception in Palanpur.
Yagvendra and his family, disheartened by Karan's actions, sever ties with him and hastily arrange Sahiba's engagement to Rai Bahadur's son. Chaos ensues when Sahiba recognizes her fiancé as the murderer from her past. Despite her pleas, her warnings fall on her father's deaf ears. Consumed by despair, Sahiba consumes poison. Karan, along with Yagvendra's younger brother Raunak, must now race against time to save Sahiba from a fate most horrendous.
'Dhaai Akshar Prem Ke' is a whirlwind journey of love, duty, and destiny, where the line between right and wrong blurs, and the heart must ultimately decide its true path.
