Plot

In the heart-thumping chronicle of "Devil's Angels" (1967), we follow the thrilling journey of Cody (John Cassavetes) and his notorious biker gang, The Skulls. The Skulls, engrossed by the legendary tales of Butch Cassidy's outlaw band and their secret police-free haven, the Hole-in-the-Wall, set their sights on a life of unbridled freedom. With a daring jailbreak to liberate their comrade Funky, an intimidating encounter with a gas station proprietor, and a skirmish that leaves an innocent couple's RV in ruins, they trail blaze their way to the tranquil town of Brookville. Their untamed arrival coincides with the town's annual picnic, shattering the peace and prompting the immediate demand for their departure. Yet, the town's sheriff, a man of negotiation rather than confrontation, strikes a deal with Cody, allowing the Skulls to camp on the beach with the promise of vacating at dawn. However, the Skulls' journey takes a darker twist when a highway mishap leads to the accidental death of a local, forcing a tense alliance between the bikers and the townfolk for protection. As the narrative unfolds, Cody deserts his gang following a chaotic rescue attempt by a rival gang, leaving Brookville teetering on the brink of destruction. Amid the chaos, we meet Lynn (Beverly Adams) and Marianne (Mimsy Farmer), two women intertwined in the Skulls' tumultuous journey. "Devil's Angels" serves as a gripping sequel to the popular "The Wild Angels," offering viewers an adrenaline-fueled ride into the heart of rebellion and the dire consequences of unchecked freedom.
