In the eerie wilderness of the Bluefish River, danger lurks around every corner. Four thrill-seeking college friends venture out into this uncharted territory, only to cross paths with the bloodthirsty mutant cannibal hillbilly known as Three Finger. Amidst the chaos and terror, the resilient teenager, Alex, manages to elude the nightmare by disappearing into the forest's shadowy labyrinth.
