Plot

In the labyrinth of crime and justice, Sub-Inspector Joseph Pinto discovers that his adopted son, Jai Dixit, a progeny of a deceased yet reformed gangster, is walking down a path of delinquency. With a heavy heart, the lawman orchestrates Jai's relocation to Melbourne, transforming him into Suraj Bhardwaj in the process. In this vibrant city, Suraj finds employment as a taxi driver and is mesmerized by the enchanting Suhani, much to the chagrin of her protective brother, Samarth. Samarth dreams of a match between Suhani and Romi Latti, a scholarship student from Gurdaspur, also residing in Melbourne. The city, however, bears the scars of escalating racial tensions, evident in derogatory labels such as 'Curry Boy' and 'Indian Curry' hurled at Indian students. While Samarth protests passionately against such bigotry, Suraj chooses to remain on the sidelines, even when Romi falls victim to a brutal attack by Caucasian youth. The protests balloon into violent clashes, leading to Samarth's arrest. On the day of his release, a revelation from Nicole, a stripper, sends shockwaves through Suraj's life - a plot to murder Samarth is brewing. Determined, Suraj intervenes, managing not only to save Samarth but also accompanying Suhani to the police station to identify the culprits. However, the murky depths of Suraj's past come to light, thrusting him and Suhani into a thrilling cat-and-mouse chase with the law. Wrongly accused of planting a bomb in a bar and with an unknown assailant murdering inter-racial couples, the duo must navigate the treacherous maze of intrigue and danger that surrounds them. Will they escape unscathed, or will their pasts catch up to them? Only time will tell.
