Case 39 (2009)

A social worker is called to investigate a case of child abuse. She is convinced that parents Edward and Margaret are abusing their little daughter, Lilith. The social worker obtains a court order to remove the child into a foster home, but the charming Lilith cajoles the social worker into taking her in instead. She does so, but bizarre, creepy and paranormal things soon start happening. Is the adorable little Lilith possessed by demonic forces or is shy possibly a demon herself? Frightening events and murderous chaos result as a social worker’s good deed devolves into a confusing nightmare.
