Plot

After 13 long years working on a cruise ship, Teresa returns home, only to find her once tightly-knit family in shambles. Her beloved husband, Raul, has passed away, and her children are immersed in their own lives, barely noticing her return. At the heart of the familial discord lies Regina, her youngest daughter, who harbors unresolved resentment towards Teresa. In the face of these challenges, Teresa makes a vow to herself - she will reunite her family, no matter what it takes. In her earnest attempt to reconnect and reconcile, Teresa embarks on a mission to help Regina save money for a job opportunity in the UK. This desperate gamble is made all the more precarious by the fact that it could lead to Regina leaving her forever, but Teresa is willing to risk it all for the chance to mend their strained relationship. A twist of fate leads Teresa to stumble upon a job in the same call center where Regina works. This unexpected turn not only gives her the opportunity to rekindle her bond with Regina, but also introduces her to an eclectic mix of individuals. From the vibrant and vivacious Richie and Lolay, to the meticulous and disciplined Martin, and their formidable Team Leader Vince, the call center is a melting pot of personalities. The journey that unfolds is far from smooth, fraught with challenges and heartaches. Yet, within the chaotic confines of the call center, Teresa discovers a new sense of purpose and the creation of an unlikely family. Call Center Girl is a poignant narrative of a mother's unwavering resolve, the complexities of family dynamics, and the unexpected places one can find a home and purpose.
