Plot
The Hunger Games follows 16-year-old girl Katniss as she volunteers in place of her sister to take part in her dystopian world’s televised competition in which tributes from each district fight to the death. Katniss’s fellow tribute, Peeta, goes through intense training with Katniss and the two eventually band together to survive. But acts of rebellion aren’t tolerated well by the Capitol. Will Katniss and Peeta both make it out alive?
