In the crime-ridden cityscape of Townsville, the brilliant yet disheartened Professor Utonium is on a quest to bring about a beacon of hope. His peculiar experiment involves the unusual ingredients of sugar, spice, and everything nice to create the perfect little girl. However, his mischievous lab assistant, a monkey named Jojo, inadvertently tumbles Chemical X into the mixture.
