In the heart of Montgomery County, young Kelly Taylor stands on the precipice of her college journey. In an attempt to ensure her autistic brother, Tom, receives the care he needs, she plans to enroll him in a specialized institution. However, their world crumbles when the bank delivers a chilling revelation - her account is drained, her check dishonored. The architect of their misfortune is none other than Kelly's stepfather, Johnny Gaveneau, who has unscrupulously withdrawn the money. Kelly returns home to an unexpected spectacle. Johnny, ensnared by a wild dream of starting a 'safari show', has spent their savings on an exotic acquisition - a tiger. The house, fortified against hurricanes, is now a fortress with windows and doors masked under layers of wood. Awakening from a night of restless sleep, Kelly discovers a terrifying reality. The famished tiger, a prisoner of their home, is now an unwilling roommate. In this deadly maze, Kelly and Tom find themselves ensnared, forced to play a high-stakes game of survival against a ravenous beast.
