Plot

In the heart of the sprawling Indian Ocean, off the coast of Mozambique, lies the dwindling artificial islet known as "Little Happy". This rapidly sinking sanctuary is home to the last remnants of a once-thriving fishing village and is the final frontier for Dr. Emma Collins, an ardent marine biologist. Against the backdrop of global warming, she and her dedicated team are immersed in a critical study, investigating the impact of climate change on the mating rituals of Great White sharks. Their tranquil existence, however, is abruptly shattered by the unexpected arrival of Emma's old flame, the ambitious marine biologist, Richard Lowell. Steering a research vessel loaded with ulterior motives, Richard disrupts the peaceful harmony, seeking Emma's help to hunt down three rogue bull sharks. Yet, these aren't ordinary predators. They are genetically enhanced, faster, more lethal, and have already picked up the scent of human blood in their waters. As the echoes of the bloodbath at the Akhelios Complex in Deep Blue Sea 2 (2018) still haunt the ocean, the serene Little Happy is about to be transformed into a battleground for survival. A new chapter of terror is poised to unfold, all under the misguided banner of science. Will the humans ever learn to respect the ruthless majesty of nature, or will their relentless pursuit of knowledge lead to another aquatic massacre? In the midst of an escalating crisis, the diminishing team must navigate the treacherous waters of scientific ambition, past relationships, and primal fear. In the end, it's not just about survival, but also about understanding the profound effects of their actions on the delicate balance of marine life.
