In the remote corners of Kentucky, an unhinged lineage of inbreds, led by the deranged Billy Bob Hackford, embark on a chilling mission to purify their family tree. Engulfed in the madness of his own design, Billy Bob kidnaps unsuspecting young women, subjecting them to a gruesome, gladiator-style death match for his family's twisted amusement. The victor, the mightiest of them all, is then violated by Billy Bob in a macabre ritual aimed at expanding the perverse Hackford family. However, their grotesque game takes an unexpected turn when they abduct Amber Strickland, a feisty southern lass whose roots run as deep and twisted as those of her captors.
