Plot

In the obscure corners of rural Georgia, lies a seemingly commonplace junkyard run by Jake, a congenial countryman with an uncanny business in spare parts. However, Jake's inventory stretches beyond auto parts to a grim and chilling collection of human organs. With the aid of his dim-witted sons, Hiram and Roy, Jake prowls the back roads, hunting for distressed motorists under the pretense of lending a helping hand. Jake's modus operandi is deceivingly simple: he offers to repair the stranded travelers' vehicles back at his secluded junkyard. But once they set foot into his eerie haven, their fates are sealed. They are swiftly abducted and confined in a makeshift barn, awaiting the horrifying fate of organ harvesting. Jake's grotesque operating theatre is a haphazard arrangement of life-support machines built from old car parts, sustaining the lives of his 'patients' between their operations. Jake's partner in this macabre enterprise is a dubious black-market organ dealer, Mr. Stone. With hospitals turning a blind eye to the origins of these organs, Mr. Stone rewards Jake handsomely for his peculiar contributions. However, Jake's life takes a sinister turn during the Stonewall County Peach Festival. He becomes infatuated with April Evans, an enchanting yet wheelchair-bound beauty queen. Driven by a twisted fascination, Jake sabotages April's family's RV and kidnaps them all to claim his coveted prize: April. Despite the valiant efforts of April's father, Clifford Evans, to protect his family, they are outsmarted by the cunning Jake. In his delusion, Jake believes he can restore April's mobility and ultimately win her heart. But April is not a typical damsel in distress. Jake soon discovers that she's far more defiant and crafty than any of his previous victims. As the plot thickens, Jake finds himself entangled in a dangerous game, where his prized 'Little Miss April' turns out to be his greatest challenge. In "Blood Salvage," the tranquility of country life collides with the grim underbelly of black-market organ trading, creating a thrilling and chilling tale of deception, horror, and an unexpected heroine.
