Be Kind Rewind (2008)

A pair of video store clerks are passionate about films but clueless about how to run a business. Their sloppy practices result in every video in the store being wiped clean, and that leaves them utterly without a solvent business model. With the livelihood of the kindly store owner at risk, the clerks decide on a bold plan of action: recording all of the movies with the two of them in every role and passing them off as the real thing. But their antics develop in them a passion for creation and build a special bond with the lonely old woman who's the store's main customer.
