In the heart of despair, Annie (Dee Wallace) embarks on a cross-country journey with her family, her hopes tethered to the promise of professional help for her daughter's spiraling drug addiction. Their journey takes an unexpected, terrifying detour when Howard (Josh Server), a man consumed by his own dreadful secret, commandeers their RV at gunpoint, demanding they take him as far from his past as possible. But their path is abruptly blocked by a seemingly innocent 9-year-old girl. Beneath her all-American facade lurks an unthinkable evil of cosmic proportions.
