Insidious (2011)

Josh and Renai move into a new house along with their three children: Dalton, Foster, and baby Cali. Things seem to be going well until Dalton has a strange experience in the attic and falls into what the doctors assume is a coma the next day. But when strange things begin happening around the house, Renai begs Josh to move--she thinks the house is haunted. When moving doesn’t stop the creepy events that are taking place, a medium reveals that it’s not the house that’s haunted--it’s their son.
