In the pulsating heart of "India Shining" lies Gurgaon, a meteoric boom-town that has skyrocketed from obscurity to a bustling satellite city within a mere decade and a half. In this labyrinth of unregulated growth, two families stand out - one upholding the law, the other, a dynasty of gangsters. The latter is masterfully commanded by the respected yet enigmatic Yashwardhan (Jackie Shroff), who operates a shadowy, parallel world where he rules as the undisputed Emperor. To dismantle this criminal empire, the law must unmask its own inner rogue. Thus, Vishal (Arjun Kapoor) is stealthily inserted into Yashwardhan's world, replacing Ajay (Arjun Kapoor).
