Plot

In the eerie depths of a deranged asylum, an eleven-strong riot squad races against time, navigating a labyrinth of madness triggered by a violent inmate rebellion and a perilous hostage situation. They arrive, poised for battle, only to be blindsided by an onslaught of frenzied patients, each one more unpredictable than the last. As the dust settles, they find their ranks diminished by two, their communication lines filled with nothing but static, and their only exit sealed. They are ensnared in a chilling trap. In a desperate bid for survival, they splinter into three subgroups, embarking on a harrowing search for their lost comrades. The asylum’s eerie echoes and haunting religious symbols hint at a terror far surpassing mere insanity. A palpable dread seeps into their bones as they realize their rescue mission has spiraled into a gruesome struggle for existence against the possessed. At the heart of this chaos, McGahey, a seasoned hostage negotiator, grapples with an unimaginable revelation. The puppet master behind this monstrous tableau of possessed insanity is his own flesh and blood. As he wrestles with this shocking discovery, he realizes that the stakes are higher than he could have ever imagined. He is no longer merely fighting to save his team and the inmates, but battling to prevent the terrifying ascent of Hell itself. Can he summon the courage to face these dark forces and prevent an unspeakable catastrophe? The fate of the world may rest on his shoulders. The Asylum awaits...
