On the cusp of his 30th birthday, Omer finds himself adrift in the sea of self-identity. Instead of searching for himself, he opts to lose himself in a fortress of books at the local library, seeking refuge from the realities of life. The occasional blind dates punctuate his existence, and it is on one of these dates he crosses paths with Danny, a youthful spirit with dreams of dancing into the limelight.
Meanwhile, Omer’s younger sister, Shirley, navigates her own turbulent waters. She is locked in an unconventional romance with Michal, her boss, and the proprietor of the city's trendiest coffeehouse, all while being an incessant thorn in Omer's side.
Just when Omer appears to have surrendered to a life devoid of passion, Ronen, a charming journalist, storms in, reigniting the extinguished flame of Omer's desire. All around, hearts frozen in time yearn for a beacon of change, a ray of light to melt their icy walls.
Yet, the key to their quandary lies in the hands of Matilda Rose, an eccentric best-selling author with a fascination for extraterrestrials. The question lingers: Has love abandoned us, or are we simply searching in the wrong corners of the universe?
