Plot
In the heart of Korea, two tightly-knit brothers, Ho-jin and Dae-jin, share their lives with Ho-jin's wife, Eun-soo, crafting a harmonious trio. Their tranquil existence is shattered when, despite Ho-jin's vehement protests, Dae-jin partakes in a high-stakes car race. Tragically, both brothers are involved in separate accidents at the same time, plunging them into the abyss of unconsciousness.
A year later, a bewildering miracle unfolds as Dae-jin awakes from his coma, but with a twist: he insists he is Ho-jin. Eun-soo and the newly-awakened Dae-jin return home, stepping into a life shrouded in uncertainty and confusion. Eun-soo is struck by Dae-jin's uncanny resemblance to her husband - his speech, preferences, and habits echo Ho-jin's so distinctly that it's almost unsettling.
As Dae-jin pleads his case, insisting he is truly Ho-jin, Eun-soo wrestles with the bizarre notion that her husband's spirit now resides in her brother-in-law's body. The lines between them blur, even as Eun-soo strives to maintain a boundary. Yet, Dae-jin's recollections of shared memories - ones only known to Ho-jin and Eun-soo - gradually chip away at her defenses.
Finally, Eun-soo crumbles, accepting Dae-jin as her husband reborn. Embracing this second chance at a love they thought was lost, their relationship blossoms with newfound fervor. Despite the disapproval of those around them, they navigate this extraordinary reality together, embarking on a journey of rediscovery and profound love, in a world where identity is more than just a name.
