In the vibrant universe of gastronomy, Nikki Turner is a self-taught culinary maestro, revered as an unbeatable cook in her circles. However, her life takes a twist when the retirement of her boss, Gus, leads to the closure of the diner where she has been casting her culinary magic. With no formal culinary training to embellish her resume, Nikki finds herself in a quandary, until an unexpected opportunity presents itself. Nikki's culinary idol, Holly Hanson, an award-winning chef, cookbook author, and owner of a self-named upscale restaurant, hires her as a personal assistant.
