Plot
Young program director, Andy Travis, tries to turn around a struggling radio station by switching up the format. Attempting to change the beat, from easy-to-listen-to music to rock and roll, he is met with multiple obstacles. Regardless of the good intentions of his highly incompetent staff, through a series of interesting experiences, he just might manage to save WKRP radio station.
