Plot

The intrepid Phineas Bogg, once a pirate and now a time-traveling Voyager, has an audacious mission: to steer history onto its rightful course. Armed with an omni, a golden pocket-watch-like device, he's propelled through the annals of time. A flashing red light on the omni is his cue that the course of history has gone awry, and it's his job to rectify it. Life takes an unexpected turn when a technical glitch sends Bogg hurtling into 1982, twelve years beyond his intended limit. His journey leads him to the home of 12-year-old Jeffrey Jones, a boy grappling with the recent loss of his parents. During his visit, Bogg's crucial guidebook – his only link to historical accuracy – is snatched by Jeffrey's dog, leaving the history-challenged Voyager in a predicament. In a whirlwind of events, Jeffrey plunges from a window, forcing Bogg to leap after him, carrying them both into the thrilling vortex of time-travel. Now, Bogg is stranded in the labyrinth of time with a young boy, a missing guidebook, and no clear path home for Jeffrey. However, fortune favors the brave, and Bogg discovers a silver lining. Jeffrey, son of a history professor, possesses an impressive understanding of the past, making him an invaluable companion. Together, they navigate through the riveting roller coaster of time, gently nudging history back on course whenever it threatens to derail.
