The formidable Dorssia Military Pact Federation, born from a potent military compact, contends with the Atlantic Rim United States (ARUS), a force burgeoning in strength through its extensive trade networks. Caught in the middle is the small, resource-rich nation of JIOR, choosing to walk a path of neutrality, preserving its tranquility via economic success. Within this celestial sphere of JIOR, Haruto Tokishima leads a life of ordinary high school routines in a sector known as "Module 77".
