Accel World (2012)

Haruyuki Arita's weight and shortness make him a frequent target for bullies at his junior high school, but he suddenly gains the attention of the school's beautiful, smart, and talented student council vice president. She sees the potential in Arita thanks to his skills as a video gamer, and she introduces him to a secret program known as Brain Burst. She wants Haruyuki to help her reach level 10 in an online augmented reality game so she can meet the creator and learn more about why the game exists. But fighting skills alone won't cut it, and they'll need to make some friends along the way.

Accel World is an action show featuring Yuki Kaji and created by Reki Kawahara.
