In the biting cold of 1911-1912, a captivating and treacherous race unfolds in the uncharted territories of Antarctica. The British explorer, Robert Falcon Scott, seeks to etch his name in the annals of history by being the first to stake his flag at the South Pole. Yet, unbeknownst to him, the rugged Norwegian, Roald Amundsen, once thwarted in his quest to conquer the North Pole, now pivots his ambitions southward, setting the stage for an unexpected race against time and elements. Scott, portrayed as an anti-hero, is a complex intertwining of pride, poor judgement, and reckless determination.
