Plot
Diane Lockhart has had a tremendously successful career as a lawyer, but she finds herself suddenly left with nothing when a disaster leaves her stripped of her life savings. She's now forced to start over again practically from scratch, and she finds herself suddenly under the direction of a new firm. With her former partners now as rivals, Lockhart no longer has the resources and leverage that she once did. But it also frees her up to pursue cases the way she wants and to make sure that the little guy gets a fair shake even when the system is stacked against them.
