Simon Rogers may have unconventional methods, but they've allowed him to become one of the most respected advertising executives in the world. As the head of his own agency, he gets to decide the rules — but he'll find that the greatest challenge to his authority is his own daughter. Meticulous and attention-focused daughter Sydney has a very different way of doing things from her father, and that means that they often butt heads when it comes time to make a big decision. But the two discover that their senses of business style complement one another better than they might have realized.
