The Ambassador (1998)

In the heart of Ireland, Harriet Smith (Pauline Collins), the newly appointed British ambassador, grapples with the ghosts of her past and the pressures of her present. Striving to mend historically strained relationships, she is driven by a desire to etch her legacy in this challenging diplomatic landscape, while also seeking solace from the haunting memory of her husband's tragic demise.
