Plot
The likable employees of a big box retail store get put under the microscope in a workplace sitcom with a diverse perspective and a lot of respect for the working class. Cloud 9's employees are an eccentric mix who don't have a lot in common individually, but they find a sense of shared identity in the struggles that they deal with at their day job. Whether it's suffering through mindless bureaucratic training sessions or dealing with the natural disaster that is shopping holidays, they'll always be in it together. Sometimes that can be a good thing, but sometimes it just makes things worse.
