Snowfall (2017)

The early 1980's saw a flood of crack cocaine into the streets of America's cities, in part thanks to a duplicitous undercover operation being conducted by the CIA. It's a drug that destroyed entire families and would impact communities of color for generations. This is the story of the early days of the crack epidemic in a city particularly hard hit. CIA agent Teddy McDonald discovers that a fellow agent had been running a drug ring to fund his operations in Colombia. On the other side of the tracks, teenager Franklin Saint is a small time marijuana dealer trying to get into the coke game.
