Smash (2012)

This musical series is centered in New York City, and details the development of a new musical on Broadway based on the life of Marilyn Monroe. During the creation of the musical, both on-stage events and behind-the-scenes drama are unveiled. The actors and developers experience ups and downs on their trail, in both their personal and professional lives, as they work their way to producing a smash hit.
