In the late 70s, the border town of San Simon, Mexico, is caught in the violent whirlwind of a burgeoning cartel. Amid this chaos, Chiu Lee Man, a Chinese immigrant with a shadowy past, has carved out a haven of tranquility. Years prior, he had adopted three children, victims of the very violence he sought to escape, and began their tutelage in the martial arts. When the ruthless wave of cartel violence claims Chiu's life, his protégés, now matured into burgeoning warriors, pledge to avenge their mentor's death and fight for justice. The trio - Silencio, Isabela, and Jesus, each a master of a unique martial art form, are forced to forge an uneasy alliance with Brister, a hard-edged Houston DEA agent, and Garcia, a local Mexican policeman. Their collective mission is to dismantle the cartel that not only took their mentor's life but also turned their hometown into a war zone riddled with drugs and bullets. Unbeknownst to them, the situation is graver than they imagine. The trio soon stumbles upon a chilling revelation that the drug lord they are hunting draws his power not merely from his ruthless disposition, but from a sinister supernatural force that fuels the heart of his cartel, making their quest for justice a battle against an evil far greater than they ever anticipated.
