In the near future of 2019, the world teeters on the brink of a new era, heralded by the widespread use of a device known as the PokeCom, equipped with PhoneDroid OS. This technology brings the realm of Augmented Reality tantalizingly close to everyday life. Amidst this technological revolution, the Robot Research Club at Central Tanegashima High School faces the threat of dissolution. Kaito Yashio, one of its only two members, seems more engrossed in robot fighting games than in the club's survival, showing a lack of interest even in these dire circumstances. Meanwhile, the club's spirited yet impulsive leader, Akiho Senomiya, is fervently dedicated to the completion of a colossal robot, in a desperate bid to preserve the club's standing. One fateful day, Kaito stumbles upon an Augmented Reality annotation known as the Kimijima Report. Penned within this report is a chilling accusation - a conspiracy that threatens to shake the world, masterminded by an enigmatic figure named Kou Kimijima.
