Psycho-Pass (2012)

In the future, police activities are overseen by an all-seeing and precognitive machine known as the Sybil System. Akane Tsunemori is one of the most capable and talented new rookies, but her faith in the system is shaken when she discovers that there are serious ethical questions about the Sibyl System's approach to preemptive criminal justice. This develops in her a newfound importance of putting her own ethics about the decision-making of Sybil, but she's fortunately not alone. She has an ally in the form of a former Enforcer, but she'll face a new and dangerous threat in the form of a criminal who can hide from Sybil.
