When investigative reporter Terry Corcoran (Finbar Lynch) unearths a connection between a small-time thief's murder and a crooked accountant's death, the newshound's sleuthing leads him to a sordid scandal involving human trafficking, high finance, and a polticial hopeful's burgeoning career.
