In the heart of the National Healthcare System, a wide-eyed dreamer named Simon Porter (Edward Easton) embarks on a journey to fulfil his aspiration of becoming a doctor. His unconventional path begins not in the esteemed halls of medical academia, but in the bustling basement of a hospital, where he takes on the daunting role of a porter. His mission?
