Marty Byrde seems to have a successful career in Chicago as a financial advisor. A lovely wife, two charming teenage kids and a house in the suburbs fill out his All-American lifestyle. But Marty has a huge secret. He has an illicit side gig laundering money for a dangerous Mexican drug cartel. When his cover almost gets blown and his partner gets murdered, Marty desperately uproots his family and flees to the Ozarks where now he must launder hundreds of millions for his drug lord masters while staying one step ahead of death and the prying eyes of the FBI.
