McCloud (1970)

Hailing from the sun-drenched landscapes of Taos, New Mexico, Marshal Sam McCloud is a man of duty, armed with a rugged charm and a keen eye for detail. His life takes a thrilling trajectory when he journeys to the concrete jungle of New York City in pursuit of an elusive criminal. As fate would have it, he crosses paths with the tenacious reporter, Chris Coughlin, a woman who not only captures his heart but also holds the key to his future in the city. A cousin to the deputy police commissioner, Chris appeals for McCloud's temporary assignment with the NYPD, promising an exchange of modern police methods for his country wisdom.
