Plot

Mr. and Mrs. Kim, a middle-aged Korean couple, run their busy convenience store from metropolitan Toronto. Their adult children, Janet and Jung, help when they can, but Janet is trying to get an art degree and Jung is trying to finally grow up after being a late bloomer. On top of that, the strict Asian culture that the Kims are used to constantly clashes with the more Western one in their hometown. A colorful cast of store regulars and the quirky networks of each member of the family intersect in unexpected ways. What does it take to run a store?
