Justified (2010)

This modern day take on the classic western follows U.S. Marshal Raylan Givens. Raylan has done a capable job of escaping his dirt poor hometown and made a name for himself as a lawman in Miami — but he's now been called back home to eastern Kentucky. In Givens' absence, any manner of criminal enterprises have set up shop in town. But Givens prescribes to an anachronistic sense of justice. His stance of talking quietly, carrying a big stick, and following the law to the intent rather than the letter make him a liability to his bosses and a threat to any criminals who cross paths with him.

Justified is a crime show featuring Timothy Olyphant and created by Graham Yost.
