In the chilling aftermath of witnessing an act as brutal as a man's skull being cleaved open with an axe, 16-year-old Yuri Honjou is plunged into a realm of fear and bewilderment. A masked predator is in pursuit, and she finds herself ensnared within the grim confines of a desolate building, its doors mysteriously sealed shut. In a desperate quest for escape, Yuri ascends to the rooftop, only to be greeted by an eerie, lifeless world, its silence punctuated by the stark outlines of towering high-rises.
Despite the engulfing despair, the revelation that her brother too is trapped in this unsettling labyrinth ignites a spark of resolve within Yuri. She is determined to locate him and together find a way to break free. Yet, her path is perilous. The area teems with more masked marauders, their monstrous cravings driving them to inflict terror on their newfound prey.
As Yuri navigates this dystopian maze, she is left to question their chances of survival. Will they be able to outwit their tormentors and escape this high-rise hell, or will they become the next victims of this deranged game of life and death?
